Job description
Lee Health is seeking an Interior Design Specialist to create healing, patient-centered environments across our Southwest Florida hospitals and clinics. In this role, you’ll plan and design clinical, administrative, and public spaces that support safety, accessibility, and staff efficiency while reflecting our mission and brand. Responsibilities include programming, space planning, finish and FF&E selection, construction documentation, and coordination with architects, contractors, and vendors. You’ll apply healthcare design standards, codes, and evidence-based design to deliver functional, welcoming, and cost-effective interiors that enhance patient and family experiences.
