Job description
Dwell Architectural And Interiors Designer
At Dwell, we like to think big and small – producing high minded concepts without losing sight of the details. We're notoriously accurate: producing some of the cleanest documents this side of the galaxy. We're methodically unconventional: designing clever spaces that aren't outlandish or lacking purpose. And we're solid people: easy to work with, fun to be around, and void of pretension.
Dwell's award-winning architectural and interiors teams work with both housing and retail developers, including some of the nation's largest Real Estate Investment Trusts, in designing high density, mixed-use, and urban infill projects. Our projects and offices span many states from Arizona to South Florida, up through DC, Virginia, and Maryland, and into New York and Connecticut. We have been awarded as one of the Best Places to Work in 2021 and for many years prior.
You'll love this role because:
Count on contributing to the project from start to finish with mentorship from our creative leadership
Direct interaction with creative leadership and project manager for explosive growth
No more being busily bored, you'll be challenged to extract your own best work
This role will work coast to coast and you'll be learning to design in the most competitive markets out there
Put the mouse down at times and study designs with unconventional methods
Iron sharpens iron. Learn from the industry's most creative and outlandish professionals

Creativity and problem solving
Understanding and experience designing through all phases of a project
Prefer 5+ years of interior design or related experience
Professional degree from an accredited college or university
