n

n nWork Environment

nThe work environment is highly collaborative, with a culture that emphasizes inclusion, shared ownership of projects, and open communication across all levels of experience. Project teams are generally small, consisting of 35 people working closely together on projects that typically last between 6 and 18 months. The office operates in a deadline-intensive setting, so adaptability and time management are important. The physical workspace features an open office layout with no enclosed private offices; everyone, including principals, sits in the same open environment. Desks and storage elements are designed to be interchangeable to encourage teamwork, flexibility, and the sharing of ideas and information. There are dedicated areas for private calls when needed. The primary office is a modern, well-designed space that serves as the headquarters, with additional offices in other major cities and plans for future expansion. The organization is recognized as a leading design firm in its sector, with over 70 years of experience and a strong reputation for cutting-edge modern design. The role offers flexibility in work arrangements, with the option to work fully remote until further notice and, thereafter, the choice to remain remote, work in a hybrid model, or work full-time in the office.
