Job description

Overview

nnnSince its founding in 1992, Edgewood Properties has established itself as a leading real estate development and property management company. With corporate headquarters in New Jersey, the company is on a course of growth leading to activities across the nation.

nGiven ongoing construction and development plans, our current apartment portfolio of 6,000 plus units is expected to double in the next couple of years and rise to over 12,000 units in the next five years.

nGiven our rapid portfolio growth, coupled with ownership's desire to develop and hold rather than sell, the timing is ideal for qualified candidates to come on-board.

nnWe're currently seeking an Interior Designer Level 2

n4-7 years of professional interior design experience

nnPosition Summary

nEdgewood Properties' Design Team creates exceptional amenity spaces across our luxury residential portfolio - environments built around a genuine hotel living experience. The work spans model homes, corporate suites, resort-style pools, state-of-the-art fitness centers, game rooms, and more. It's a portfolio that designers are proud to work on, and the team behind it is collaborative, talented, and driven.

nThis is a mid-level role with real ownership. The Interior Designer Level 2 manages multiple projects simultaneously, leads CD set production, oversees FF&E sourcing, and supports a direct report - all while staying hands-on with the design work itself. The right candidate has grown past pure execution and is ready to take on coordination, mentorship, and accountability for quality across a project from start to finish. Leadership here is accessible and invested; the expectation is that you'll grow into increasing responsibility over time.
