Our client, a leading provider of commercial furniture and workplace design solutions, is seeking a passionate and skilled Interior Designer to join their dynamic team. As an Interior Designer, you will be instrumental in supporting innovative projects across various sectors, including corporate, healthcare, and education. nLocation: Melbourne, FL
nSalary Range: $55k-65k/yr. (possibly more depending on experience); Relocation assistance available for out of state candidates
nJob Type: Permanent - Direct Hire
nSchedule: Hybrid (4 days onsite, 1 day flex)
nWhat's the Job?
nnnSupport commercial furniture and workplace design projects within a dealership environment
n
nnUtilize Configura CET to develop and specify furniture solutions for clients
n
nnCollaborate with sales teams to support specifications and client presentations
n
nnAssist in project planning, space planning, and product selection
n
nnParticipate in client meetings, providing expert guidance on furniture options and design solutions
n
n nWhat's Needed?
nnnCommercial furniture dealership experience, ideally 3-5 years
n
nnProficiency with Configura CET software, as well as AutoCAD, Revit and/or Sketchup
n
nnKnowledge of major manufacturers such as Steelcase, Herman Miller, Knoll, and Haworth
n
nnBachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field
n
nnAbility to thrive in a fast-paced dealership environment and support sales teams effectively
n
