nKey Responsibilities
nOversee the end-to-end design lifecycle — from brief intake to execution-ready drawings.
nCreate layouts, concepts, and presentations based on client requirements.
nManage client interactions and obtain design approvals.
nPrepare working/technical drawings and project schedules.
nCoordinate with procurement, site, and graphic design teams.
nEnsure timely delivery of multiple projects while maintaining quality.
nElevate Flipspaces’ design reputation by nurturing client relationships and delivering winning pitches.
nYou Bring
n5+ years of interior design experience
nStrong portfolio of design projects
nExcellent communication and presentation skills
nAbility to run multiple projects across geographies and verticals
nDeep knowledge of GFCs, materials, commercial costing, and vendor ecosystems
nExposure to team management, process optimization, and performance coaching
nData-backed thinking and the ability to build scalable systems
