Job Description Lead multiple Class A office, workplace, and interior renovation projects from inception through completion
Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and construction execution plans
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
Coordinate preconstruction activities, value engineering efforts, scopes of work, and subcontractor buyout processes
Monitor project financial performance, including forecasting, change order management, and cost control
Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with quality standards and client expectations
Mentor and support Project Engineers and Assistant Project Managers while fostering a collaborative project culture

The Successful Applicant
A successful Interior Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related discipline preferred
Proven experience as a Project Manager with a reputable commercial general contractor
Demonstrated success leading Class A interior renovation, tenant improvement, workplace, corporate office, or commercial interiors projects
Stable career history with strong tenure and progression within recognized construction organizations
Experience managing project budgets, schedules, subcontractor relationships, and client communications
Strong understanding of commercial construction methods, project controls, contract administration, and risk management
Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or similar platforms
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction
