Job description
Novant Health seeks a Registered Nurse for our Intermediate Critical Care Unit to deliver high-quality, patient-centered care to acutely ill adults. The RN will assess, monitor, and treat complex patients requiring close observation, cardiac and respiratory monitoring, and timely interventions. Responsibilities include medication administration, telemetry and hemodynamic monitoring, ventilatory support coordination, and collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. The nurse will educate patients and families, support safe transitions of care, and contribute to evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and a culture of diversity, inclusion, and continuous learning.
