Job description
Job Summary: All duties and responsibilities associated with being a successful Intermediate School Principal. Two-year contract - 220 days per year.
Qualifications:
Valid Indiana Building-Level Administrator license
Proven leadership experience
Demonstrated ability to cultivate a strong, positive, student-centered culture
Evidence of instructional leadership and commitment to academic excellence
Strong communication and relationship‑building skills
High integrity, sound judgment, and collaborative leadership style
