In this role, you will…
Help facilitate interdepartmental communication and workflow alignment.
Assist in the analysis of business processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Support strategic projects.
Participate in high-level meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
Collaborate on creating integration plans for new initiatives and systems.
We are looking for candidates with…
Active student with at least 1 year completed towards a bachelor's degree.
Year-round availability to work in person from our Austin headquarters approximately 15-20 hours a week during the school year.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivation and ability to meet expectations while working independently and in teams.
Multi-tasking skills in a fast-paced environment.
Attention to detail, strong organization, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
Desire to be a continuous learner.
Ability to effectively manage assignments.
Authorization to work in the United States without requiring a visa sponsorship, both now and in the future.
