Next Insurance is seeking an Employee Communications & Experience Design Partner to lead internal branding during the ERGO NEXT integration. You will craft storytelling, design executive communications, and build a cohesive voice for employees across the acquisition.
You will blend marketing aesthetics with people experience programming, delivering high-quality decks, messaging, and assets for leadership and all-hands events.
