Job description
solidcore is seeking a Sr. Manager, Internal Employee Communications to lead internal, employee-facing communications across the growing organization. You will partner with HR, Operations, Brand, and executive stakeholders to ensure every employee understands what's happening and why it matters.
This newly created role will build the internal communications function, acting as strategist and hands-on executor, shaping how communications capabilities evolve as the company scales.
