Progressive Machine & Design is seeking an experienced Internal Fabrication Supervisor to spearhead our fabrication operations and lead the teams delivering complex automation projects.
This hands-on leadership role coordinates Toolroom, Waterjet, EDM, Boring Mill, Cut-Off, and Paint, ensuring priorities, quality, and schedules align with project goals.
You will develop talent, manage staffing, and collaborate with engineering, project management, and other departments to keep work moving forward.
