n nPosition Overview
nCentral Maine Healthcare is seeking an Internal/Family Medicine Physician to join an established outpatient practice in Naples, Maine. This is an excellent opportunity to practice outpatient-only primary care in a supportive, community-focused environment while being part of a growing healthcare network.
nnPhysicians will provide comprehensive care to adult patients while collaborating with specialists and hospital-based providers within the Central Maine Healthcare system.

nCentral Maine Healthcare (CMH), a member of Prime Healthcare Foundation, is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving approximately 400,000 residents across central, western, and midcoast Maine through a network of more than 40 primary and specialty care locations. nResponsibilities
n Provide comprehensive outpatient internal medicine care for adult patients
Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions
Coordinate care with specialists and hospital-based providers
Participate in preventive care, wellness visits, and chronic disease management
Maintain accurate medical documentation within the electronic medical record system
Collaborate with advanced practice providers, nurses, and care teams
Participate in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
n nQualifications
n MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Eligible for or currently holding a Maine medical license
DEA certification (or eligibility)
Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills
n nPay Transparency
nCentral Maine Medical Center offers competitive compensation and a reasonable compensation estimate for this role is $271,000 to $308,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
