Job description
A provider led primary care and functional medicine group in the heart of an upcoming California metro - known as being one of the top places in the U.S. to buy a home - is seeking a board eligible or board certified internal medicine or family medicine provider to join their growing team due to expansion.
The Opportunity:
3, 4, or 5 day work week based on provider preference.
Primary care with focus on functional and integrative medicine.
See 14 -18 patients a day.
Sign-on and relocation provided.
Dedicated support team and administrative time.
Comprehensive benefits provided with $320,000+ earning.
