Internal Med/Peds Outpatient Physician

UNC Health Pardee is seeking a dedicated Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) Physician who values continuity of care, strong community connections, and a balanced lifestyle in a supportive outpatient setting.
Position Summary
UNC Health Pardee is recruiting a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Internal Medicine/Pediatrics (Med/Peds) Physician to join a well-established outpatient practice in Arden, NC. This employed opportunity offers a strong referral network and a collaborative clinical environment within the UNC Health system.
The clinic is supported by a team of five experienced physicians and provides comprehensive care to patients across the lifespan.
Key Highlights:
Monday-Friday schedule supporting work-life balance
Hospitalist program in place for all admissions and inpatient management
After-hours triage service covering nights, weekends, and holidays
Full-spectrum care for both pediatric and adult patients
Epic EMR system utilized
National Health Service Corps (NHSC) approved site
