Position Overview
At Vancouver Clinic, caring for people is our first priority and the driving force behind everything we do. We’re looking for an experienced Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant) to join our team at one of our 8 clinics throughout Vancouver, WA.
Responsibilities
Alternate clinic time with managing In Basket work for colleagues.
Provide primary care to adult and geriatric patients.
Manage a primary care panel and provide In Basket coverage (50/50 split).
Perform in‑basket practices.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years of primary‑care clinical experience (new graduates are not eligible).
Must be an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant).
Candidate must reside in either Oregon or Washington.
Position Details
Full‑time (1.0 FTE)
Flexible schedule (4 days/week)
100% outpatient; shared call among Washington clinicians (phone only)
Compensation: salary model based on years of experience ($131,319 ‒ $159,432)
