Job description
Schwarzman Animal Medical Center is seeking a Care Coordinator at the front desk to ensure smooth patient flow and exceptional client experience in a busy veterinary hospital. The role focuses on client intake, discharge, payments, and effective use of the EMR system to manage appointments and referrals.
You will triage calls, coordinate with Internal Medicine and Ophthalmology, and support referrals while maintaining confidentiality and high service standards.
