We always prioritize people over profit.To show our appreciation for your expertise, we are excited to offer a generous $1,000 sign-on bonus to fill this position, as part of our commitment to attracting top-tier talent.PMG's Comprehensive Benefit Plan:Personal medical and dental insurance401k and profit-sharing planLife insurance3 weeks' vacation timePaid holidays40 hours of paid sick leaveEmployee Assistance ProgramSign On BonusInternal Medicine Certified Medical Assistant Responsibilities:As an important part of our clinical operations, your duties will include:Escort patients to exam rooms and take vitals.Prepare patient chart with appropriate documentation and assists in maintenance of all logsSchedule lab tests and triage patient callsSchedule consultationsCoordinate with the Infusion DepartmentAssist physician with various procedures & examsMaintain safe, secure, healthy work environment by following and enforcing standards and proceduresPrepare and stock exam rooms in the clinical area for patient careAbility & willingness to provide relief in any of our local offices as determined by supervisorDemonstrate excellent customer serviceInternal Medicine Certified Medical Assistant Requirements:Valid Medical Assistant Certification/CredentialAbility to cover in the absence of other Medical Assistants as determined by supervisorMust have recent experience in a medical office settingMust have the ability to multitask and maintain a high level of client careExcellent communication & organization skillsDetail-oriented and Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.1 year of experience as a Medical Assistant in a related medical field (Preferred)Schedule:Monday to Friday 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM, flexibility is necessary as this schedule is subject to changeOvertime as requiredHealthcare Setting:Medical OfficeOutpatientIn-personJob Locations:Plainsboro, NJPrinceton, NJMonroe, NJPre-employment drug screen is requiredPre-employment professional reference check is required
