Experience: Minimum 2 years in Primary Care

What You'll Do:
Provide primary care services to diverse patient populations
Conduct health assessments, diagnose, and treat acute and chronic conditions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
Educate patients on health management and prevention
Document patient interactions accurately in electronic health records
Follow facility protocols to ensure compliance with healthcare standards
What You Need:
Active Nurse Practitioner license in Washington State
At least 2 years of experience in a primary care setting
Strong clinical skills and excellent communication abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Commitment to patient-centered care
