Shared call model with RN call center handling routine calls
Only urgent matters escalate to the physician, supporting great work-life balance
Low patient census of 10 - 15 patients per day
Value-based care model focused on senior primary care
Experience with eClinicalWorks and HEDIS highly valued
Hospital-employed position with competitive compensation
