Weare seeking an experienced Physician Assistant to join our team as a full-timeSite Physician Assistant in Brooklyn, New York. The Site PA will be responsible forthe professional, clinical, organizational, and administrative aspects ofproviding high-quality medical care to patients at our Diagnostic TreatmentCenters. Thisposition is an excellent opportunity for a PA who enjoys caring for frail andelderly patients and is interested in providing comprehensive care in both aclinical setting and the home.
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30-5:30 (1 hour lunch)

Base salary $158,000-$178,000 plus bonus

Requirements:
Graduateof an accredited Physician Assistant Program.
NCCPABoard Certification required.
Current,active, unrestricted New York State Physician Assistant license.
CurrentNew York DEA registration.
CurrentBLS certification.
ActiveCAQH profile.
CurrentMedicare and Medicaid provider IDs.
Minimumof one year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred.
GeriatricMedicine diploma, fellowship, or equivalent clinical experience preferred.
Experiencein geriatrics and/or palliative care preferred.
Home-careexperience preferred; candidates must be willing to provide home-care services.
Excellentverbal, written, clinical, and interpersonal communication skills.
Nomalpractice history or loss/restriction of license related to practice at theDTC.
Bilingualskills a plus
