Job description
Prisma Health SeniorCare PACE in Columbia, SC seeks a BC/BE Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics physician to join its SeniorCare PACE team as a primary care provider.
The role involves comprehensive, patient-centered care for frail elderly patients across PACE centers, homes, and hospitals. Teaching opportunities with USC School of Medicine may be available, with knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid helpful.
