Join the prestigious Providence Redwood Memorial Hospital in a thrilling role as Director of Family Medicine ! Are you ready to lead an exceptional team of primary care providers in serving patients from all corners of Humboldt County? Embrace a desirable 4/10 schedule that allows you to balance work and life while making a difference. We are seeking dynamic Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with at least 2 years of medical practice and a preference to candidates with previous leadership experience to join our long-standing, family-oriented practice. Step into a key leadership role where you'll provide a wide range of outpatient clinical services to a highly diverse patient population spanning all age groups. With an average of 18 to 22 patients per day, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the community while working in a collaborative and collegial environment.

Compensation is between $247,777 and $326,760 per year
The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation and may include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance, hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms of cash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, providers typically receive a CME allowance and other benefits offered by their medical group employer. Please note that this salary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject to variation due to the factors noted above.
