Position Details:
Specialty: Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Geriatric Medicine
Location: Seaside, OR
Start: November 2026
Duration: Ongoing
Setting: Outpatient / Clinic
Patient Population: Adults age 55+
Patient Volume: Approximately 4 6 patients/day
EMR: Epic
Schedule:
Monday Friday, 8:00 AM 5:00 PM
Full-time preferred
3 4 days/week may be considered
Minimum commitment: 2 weeks per month
8 guaranteed hours/day
Overtime applies after 9 hours
Clinical Responsibilities:
Primarily geriatric patient care
Combination of clinic-based and community-based visits
Some patients are seen at assisted living facilities, SNFs, or their personal residences
Off-site visits require local travel/driving
A nurse from the team will usually accompany the provider for community visits
No inpatient coverage, admissions, or call
No APP supervision
