Job description
A highly awarded health system in southern Connecticut is seeking a full-time board-certified/board-eligible Internal Medicine Physician for an established, six-provider primary care practice.The incoming physician will step into a well-established panel of patients.
Practice Highlights:
Very light shared call – phone only
Monday – Friday office hours – No weekends!
Recognized NCQA Patient Centered Medical Home
EPIC EMR
290-bed non-profit hospital
