Description
Competitive salary of $275K-$330K plus quarterly bonuses, sign-on bonus, and relocation assistance
Monday-Friday schedule (8am-5pm) with minimal phone-only call responsibilities
17 PTO days, 6 sick days, 12 paid holidays, CME reimbursement, and malpractice/tail coverage
Opportunities for leadership growth, including potential advancement to Medical Director

See fewer patients to provide comprehensive, high-impact care through an interdisciplinary model
