Job description
Enterprise Medical is partnering with a physician-owned, multispecialty group near Memphis, Tennessee, to recruit an Internal Medicine physician . This well-established organization offers a collaborative, physician-led environment with strong referral support, autonomy, and the potential for long-term partnership.
nnPosition Highlights:
nnFull-time, 100% outpatient Internal Medicine position
nMonday–Friday schedule; no weekends
nLight call only (phone call ~2x/month)
nPractice with established Internal Medicine physicians in the same clinic
nBuilt-in referral base from 35+ primary care providers
nFully integrated EHR (Altera TouchWorks) across all specialties
nAbility to build your own patient panel and pace
nPartnership track with full partner status in 3 years (minimal buy-in)
nLarge, established group with 90 physicians and 70 APPs
n nCompensation & Benefits:
nn2-year salary guarantee plus productivity incentives
nSigning bonus and relocation assistance (up to $10,000)
nUp to 6 weeks of vacation
n8-week sabbatical leave
n10 days of CME + $3,000 annual allowance
n401(k) with profit sharing
