Job description
Revere Health in Utah is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Internal Medicine team. You will provide direct clinical services, perform comprehensive patient examinations, and help manage acute and chronic conditions.
As part of a national leader in value-based care, you’ll work with physicians to develop treatment plans, order diagnostics, and document care in the patient record, while upholding high-quality standards during regular weekday hours.
