Job description
Total compensation: $130k-$160k
We re partnering with a respected outpatient medical practice in Brooklyn seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join their Internal Medicine team.
This opportunity is ideal for a provider who enjoys building strong patient relationships, practicing collaborative medicine, and working in a stable, supportive clinical environment.
The practice is affiliated with a highly regarded Brooklyn hospital network and offers a consistent outpatient schedule with the opportunity to care for a diverse adult patient population.
What You ll Be Doing
Providing comprehensive primary and internal medicine care to adult patients
Managing chronic conditions and acute medical concerns
Performing physical exams, follow-up visits, and preventative screenings
Reviewing labs, diagnostics, and treatment plans
Educating patients on lifestyle, wellness, and disease prevention
Collaborating closely with physicians and clinical staff
Maintaining timely and accurate EMR documentation
Schedule
Monday Friday daytime schedule
Light shared evening/weekend call responsibilities
Qualifications
Active New York Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license
Board certification required
Experience in Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Family Medicine preferred
Strong interpersonal and patient communication skills
EMR experience required
