Nurse Practitioner Post-Acute Care We are seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner to provide comprehensive medical care for patients in post-acute care facilities throughout Burlington, NC.
This unique 7 days on / 7 days off schedule offers exceptional work-life balance while allowing you to make a meaningful impact through proactive patient management and care coordination.
Schedule Highlights: 7 consecutive days working followed by 7 consecutive days off
Approximately 26 weeks off annually

Flexible hours
Approximately 6 hours per day providing direct patient care
