Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
Lone Peak Internal Medicine is seeking a dedicated Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join our established outpatient practice. This is a full-time, employed opportunity offering a collaborative and supportive work environment alongside a team of experienced Internal Medicine physicians and advanced practice providers.
Practice Details
Established outpatient Internal Medicine clinic at Lone Peak Internal Medicine
Office located on the Lone Peak Hospital campus for convenient access and care coordination
Team-based model with physicians and APPs working collaboratively
Strong referral base with established patient population
Efficient clinic supported by experienced clinical and administrative staff
Position Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive primary care to adult patients
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions
Perform preventative care and wellness exams
Collaborate closely with physicians and care team
Maintain accurate and timely EMR documentation
Qualifications
Graduate of an accredited NP or PA program
Board certified or board eligible
Eligible for state licensure
Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
Strong communication and patient-focused care approach
