Sign-On Bonus
Compensation: - $150,000 - $165,000 based on experience- Potential $50,000 Sign-on bonus- Quarterly bonuses based on WRVUs

Our providers, care teams, and practice administration staff collaborate to deliver high-quality, comprehensive, and convenient care to our patients.DETAILS:- Fast-paced outpatient setting with a busy patient panel from the start- Conducts relevant physical exam and evaluates patient, documenting pertinent positive and negative findings- Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing treatment and disease management plans- Provide relationship-centered care, taking into account the patient's psychosocial and physical needs- No additional expectations on admin time, meaning once your patient panel is completed for the day, you are free to go home- Primary care experience REQUIRED- EMR = EPIC
