APRN Internal Medicine / Primary Care Location: Littleton, NH Area
Permanent Direct Hire Full-Time
We are seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) to join a growing Internal Medicine and Primary Care practice in Northern New Hampshire.
Responsibilities: Perform comprehensive patient evaluations
Manage chronic and acute medical conditions
Develop individualized treatment plans
Promote preventative healthcare
Collaborate with physicians and support staff
Qualifications: Current APRN license
Minimum of 3 years of experience
Internal Medicine or Primary Care experience preferred
