Post-Acute Care NP/PA Opening - Roswell, New MexicoLocation: Roswell, NMType: Full-Time (4 Days Per Week)Specialty: Post-Acute Care (NP/PA)Seeking a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) to join a post-acute care team in the Roswell, New Mexico area. This role focuses on rounding in skilled nursing facilities while working within a supportive clinical environment that offers strong autonomy and flexible scheduling.Position Highlights:- Full-time schedule working 4 days per week- Rounding in skilled nursing facilities- Supportive clinical leadership and training resources- High degree of autonomy in patient care- Flexible schedule to support work-life balance- No primary night callResponsibilities:- Perform comprehensive patient assessments including medical history and physical exams- Develop and manage individualized patient care plans- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed- Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams- Maintain accurate documentation and medical recordsQualifications:- Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant- Eligible for New Mexico NP or PA licensure- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills- Team-oriented with ability to work independentlyCompensation & Benefits:- Fee-for-service compensation model- Expected annual compensation: $102,000 - $121,000 with uncapped productivity income potential- Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance- 401(k) retirement plan- Flexible spending account- Guaranteed paid time off- Signing bonus and relocation incentives available- Highly competitive compensation with uncapped monthly bonuses- Paid professional liability insurance with tail coverage
