Job description
A community-focused, not-for-profit healthcare system southeast of Salem, Oregon is seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate) to join its Internal Medicine outpatient clinic in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.
Position Highlights:
Full-time outpatient Internal Medicine role (40 hours/week)
Adult primary care focused on chronic disease, acute care, and prevention
Manage a diverse, complex adult patient panel
Integrated multispecialty system (IM, FM, cardiology, surgery, pulmonology, ortho, women s health)
Team-based care with physicians, MAs, behavioral health, care coordination, and CHWs
Strong emphasis on access, care coordination, and rural/community health
Participate in QI, virtual care expansion, and patient education initiatives
Supportive infrastructure built for efficiency, collaboration, and provider growth
Mission-driven organization focused on improving regional health outcomes
EPIC EMR
Qualifications:
NP or PA licensed in Oregon
DEA license
BLS or ACLS certification
Experience in adult primary care preferred
Strong team-based, patient-centered approach
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary + wRVU bonus
Sign-on bonus + relocation assistance
$3,000 CME stipend
34 days PTO (includes vacation, holidays, sick, personal, CME)
