Job description
A federally qualified health center in southeastern Massachusetts has an opening for an Internal Medicine Physician in our recently expanded and updated facility, less than 20 miles from Providence. We have been serving the community since 1979, across four primary care locations, and delivering care to over 23,000 patients. We are accredited by The Joint Commission, and our practice sites are recognized as Level 3 Patient-Centered Medical Homes by the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA).
nnAbout the Opportunity:
nn100% outpatient
nCall is approximately 1:7; however, very light due to nurses taking call
nThere are OBGYNs on site weekly through a partnership with Boston Medical Center
n1:1 MA
n36 clinical hours with dedicated admin time
nSee approximately 20 patients per day
nHalf-day Saturday rotation every 8 weeks
nAthena EMR
n nCompensation/Benefits:
nnBase salary in alignment with the market, plus quarterly incentives and signing bonus
nLoan repayment through the Mass League of Community Health up to $50k, and HRSA loan repayment
nCompany matching 403b, life insurance, paid malpractice, $3,000 per year CME
