Job description
A well-established private practice in Hammond, Louisiana, is seeking an Internal Medicine physician to join its team with a long-term partnership opportunity. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician seeking a balanced practice model, strong hospital support, and a clear path to ownership.
nnPosition Highlights
nn$300,000 guaranteed base salary (hospital-backed)
n4-day clinic workweek
nBalanced outpatient/inpatient practice model (~70% outpatient / 30% inpatient)
nManageable patient volume with approximately 20–23 clinic visits per day
nStrong hospital and practice support
nStudent loan assistance, relocation assistance, CME allowance, and malpractice coverage
nPartnership/buy-in opportunity as early as 6 months
nOwner financing available for partnership transition
n nPosition Requirements
nnInternal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics physicians welcome
nBoard Certified or Board Eligible
nComfortable providing both inpatient and outpatient care
nMust live within 30 minutes of the hospital
nSeeking a long-term commitment
