Responsibilities include outpatient care, minor procedures, care coordination, specialty referrals, call coverage, and patient education. Oversee clinical protocols, QA/QI programs, peer review, and staff development. Collaborate on workforce utilization, maintain compliance with state/federal standards, and support community health needs assessments.QUALIFICATIONS:-Active OR and DEA license- 5 years of experience in primary care, family practice, or internal medicine-Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred
