Outpatient Only Adult and Geriatric Care Highly successful practice is continuing its growth and is interested in qualified Internal Medicine, Family Medicine or Geriatricians to join their team of successful physicians. We are seeking physicians who appreciate working senior patients whiling striving to reach positive outcomes for their patients. Primary care practice model assuming full risk and accountability for patient outcomes Care team including dedicated nurses and cases management that support physicians Transitional care team that includes full scope of in-house consulting specialists Requirements Board Eligible, Board Certified in either Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Active Florida Medical License Benefits Paid Time Off CME 401k Paid Malpractice Health Insurance
