Job description
Med-Peds Hospitalist to join established Hospitalist group, along with great office support, a welcoming community, and a flexible scheduling for work/life balance. Combined, our Lander and Riverton facilities offer a total of 133 beds, providing comprehensive medical services to the communities for a population of over 40,000 in Fremont County, Wyoming including 24/7 Hospitalist and emergency care, surgery, women s health, and advanced diagnostics, committed to quality, safety, and community wellness. Potentially hospitalist and peds shifts could be done concurrently at the right time of year
Flexible on collaboratively creating this position
Components may include:
Hospitalist:
Preferred schedule: -hr shifts/mo
Average census: 10-12/day
Telestroke and tele-psych support available
Pediatrics
24-hour unrestricted call shifts
Average census: 1/day
Includes coverage of nursery (well-baby, 300 deliveries/year) and pediatric inpatients
Qualifications:
Hospitalist:
BE/BC in IM or FM
Pediatrics:
BE/BC Pediatrics or FM
Both:
Comfortable with ICU components: vent management, intubation, central lines
