Job description

Baptist Primary Care in Northeast Florida is seeking a Family Medicine Physician to join Baptist Health and deliver comprehensive care with a broad-based support system across a large physician network.

You can expect a guaranteed $260,000+ based on experience, a $20,000 signing bonus, a retention bonus in Year 2, a shared call schedule, about 15–17 patients per day, and the Epic EHR system to streamline care.
