About the Role: Internal Medicine Physician - Skilled Nursing Facility Coverage
Location: Parkville, Maryland area (20mins from Baltimore)
Schedule: M-F Daytime Hours
Typical Daily Volume: 20 - 25 Patients.
Flexible Schedule - Call, Weekends, and Evenings NOT a requirement
Provider will consistently work in the same SNF facility on a weekly basis.
Physician will be providing typical primary care services, medication management, and disease management services for inpatient population.
Covering follow ups, evaluations, new admissions, sick visits, etc..
Visa Sponsorship if needed - J1 or H1B
Benefits: Excellent Compensation Package
Base Salary: $275,000 / year
Earn an additional $25k / year in bonuses
Sign On Bonus: 10K
Relocation Assistance: 5K
