Overview
Caring non‑profit health system is seeking 3 Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physicians in Texarkana, Longview, and Tyler (East Texas). The locations are about two hours from Dallas and Little Rock. The organization is a faith‑based, not‑for‑profit medical group with over 1,400 physicians and advanced practice providers, 82 clinic locations, and a reputation as the #1 physician group in the nation.
Compensation Package
Income guarantee: $265,000 per year starting base, with potential to earn $300,000–$350,000 after year1.
Sign‑on bonus: $50,000–$75,000 with a three‑year commitment.
Residency stipend: $2,000 per month.
Loan repayment or retention: $25,000 per year, 100% paid.
Malpractice insurance and tail coverage: 100% covered by the organization.
Retirement funding with a matching contribution.
Medical, dental, and vision coverage: 100% paid.
Paid time off: one month off per year.
Practice Details
Specialties: Family Medicine & Internal Medicine.
Team: 8 internists/FM physicians and 7 advanced practice providers.
Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm; flexible, 4.5 days in clinic.
Setting: 100% outpatient.
Average patient volume: 14–22 patients per day.
Technology: Abridge AI integration with EPIC EMR to support documentation.
Professional Background / Qualifications
Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
