Large integrated health system seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Connecticut!
Multiple locations available: Avon, Bridgeport, Bristol, Cheshire, Ellington, Enfield, Colchester, East Lyme, and more.

$255,000 - $355,000 / year, depending on experience
Uncapped wRVU incentive - estimate an additional $50K-$70K

Full time, Monday-Friday
Option for a 4‑day work week
100% outpatient, office‑based primary care setting
Seeing adults only - 18+
Phone call only - 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months
