Overview
Large integrated health system seeks an Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician in Connecticut. Multiple locations available: Avon, Bridgeport, Bristol, Cheshire, Ellington, Enfield, Colchester, East Lyme, and more.
Benefits
$255,000 - $355,000 per year, depending on experience
Uncapped RVU incentive – estimate an additional $50K-$70K
Sign‑on bonus or pre‑hire bonus / residency stipend

1.5 months off per year, paid

About the role
Full time, Monday‑Friday. Option for a 4 day work week. 100% outpatient, office‑based primary care setting. Seeing adults only – 18+. Phone call only – 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every 2 months.
Qualifications
MD / DO
BC / BE in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
H1B visa status acceptable
