Internal Medicine Physician – Suwannee, GA
Independent Primary Care group seeks a physician to join our practice in Suwannee, Georgia. Established in 2008, the practice is 100% physician‑owned, with no corporate interference or private equity. We use AI‑powered technology across all departments and focus on delivering high‑standard adult primary care (18+ only).

About the Role
Clinic runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The schedule is flexible and open to a four‑day work week. The practice focuses on adult patients, managing both chronic and acute illnesses with an emphasis on preventive care. Patients are adolescents and adults; pediatric services are not offered.
Patient volume is approximately 20 patients per day, with 2 new or 3 established patients per hour. Diagnostic procedures performed include ultrasounds, sleep studies, DEXA scans, spirometry, electrocardiography, blood pressure monitoring, and phlebotomy. EMR is eClinicalWorks and dictation is performed with Dragon Medical One.
Call Responsibilities
Very minimal; phone work only and prescreened by a phone service.
Compensation and Benefits
Base salary of $300,000 to $400,000 per year.
Physician keeps 30% of all annual billings above $900,000.
Productivity bonus based on personally performed services.
Signing bonus of $25,000.

Candidate Qualifications
Board‑eligible or board‑certified Internal Medicine physician.
Must hold a Georgia State Medical License.
Experience or new‑grad physicians are welcome.
Preference for candidates with ties to the area seeking long‑term employment.
Demonstrated bedside manners, excellent customer service skills, flexibility, and compassion are essential.
Knowledge of ICD codes and adherence to E/M coding guidelines.
