Schedule: Monday Friday 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
Assignment Length: 6 months with option to extend

Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Internal Medicine Physician to provide primary care services in Fair Oaks, California.
This is a full-time outpatient opportunity offering a consistent Monday Friday schedule and the potential to extend beyond the initial six-month assignment.
Job Details Monday Friday schedule
Choose between 8:00 AM 5:00 PM or 9:00 AM 6:00 PM
Approximately 24 patients per day
4 days of orientation and training
Athena EHR
Start as soon as credentialing is complete
Initial 6-month assignment with option to extend
Experienced physicians only
Qualifications Board Certified Internal Medicine Physician
Prior primary care experience
Experienced physicians preferred
