Compensation:
New Graduates: $350,000 $375,000
Experienced Physicians: Starting at $400,000+

Build the Practice You Want in a Supportive, Physician-Led Environment A highly respected regional health system is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine Physician to join an established and growing primary care practice serving the Bell City, Louisiana area .
Located in Southwest Louisiana, this opportunity offers an exceptional work-life balance with a 4 -day work week , flexible practice models, excellent physician support, and the opportunity to build a thriving outpatient practice while maintaining a strong quality of life.

Position Highlights 4 -day work week
Flexible practice options:Traditional Internal Medicine
Outpatient/Ambulatory Only
Established, high-volume patient panel
Shared clinic call schedule
No unassigned hospital call
EPIC Electronic Medical Record
Strong physician leadership and collaborative practice environment
Opportunity to expand your practice with additional compensated clinical opportunities if desired
Optional Additional Income Opportunities Physicians who are interested may also supplement their practice through:
Inpatient Rehabilitation rounding
Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTAC) rounding
Skilled Nursing Facility rounding
Medical Directorship opportunities
These opportunities are optional and provide additional earning potential.
Responsibilities Provide comprehensive outpatient Internal Medicine care for adult patients.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions.
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on preventive and evidence-based care.
Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary healthcare teams.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation utilizing EPIC.
Participate in shared clinic call schedules.
Build long-term relationships with patients while delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
Qualifications MD or DO
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine
Eligible for Louisiana medical licensure
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
Compensation & Benefits New Graduate Physicians $350,000 $375,000 starting salary
