Job description
Saint Alphonsus Medical Group (SAMG) is a physician‑led and accountable 650+ provider multi‑specialty group practice that has an excellent opportunity for a full‑time or part‑time Internal Medicine Physician (MD/DO) to join an established group of clinicians. The schedule for full‑time would be 34 patient contact hours, with an option for a 4‑ or 5‑day work week. Practice call is shared with other eligible providers (Appx 1:30).

With comprehensive health‑care services offered for the whole family, most of our Boise locations offer a multitude of services in one convenient location including urgent care, family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, occupational medicine, diabetes care & education, sleep medicine, orthopedics, heart care, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and onsite lab, X‑ray and pharmacy.
Requirements
Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) degree
Successful completion of an accredited internal medicine residency program
Ability to obtain an Idaho medical license, registration with Idaho Board of Pharmacy and DEA (controlled substances), and privileges at Saint Alphonsus Regional Medical Center
Board certified, or obtain such certification within 3 years of employment
